Zoho
Zoho offers a suite of online web applications geared towards increasing your productivity and offering easy collaboration. I’ve been playing around with this AJAX based software for a few days now and finding that the applications seem to have all the features I’d expect. I’m not sure whether the business apps are “ready-for-primetime” but at the right price, I’m willing to try it out.

A lot many small & medium businesses around the world are currently using Zoho business apps ranging from CRM, Projects, Invoice, People etc.
