This is the personal homepage of Daniel Chang.

I am a 30-something technophile from San Jose, CA and have been in the Raleigh area since 2004. I am a resident of Cary, sometimes known as Containment Area of Relocated Yankees.

I’ve got ADD when it comes to my interests and blogging habits.  I’m a big fan of free speech and free beer.  I like technology, especially when technology can improve the way we interact with each other.  I love how with the Web (1.x, 2.x), organizations can mobilize huge numbers of volunteers to contribute information (personal webpages, blog posts, myspace/facebook profiles, twitter updates, flickr photos) and then charge advertisers to reach those volunteers.

I’m a real estate enthusiast.  I’m an investor and licensed real estate broker with First Triangle Realty and a member of Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®.  I can help answer questions about residential real estate in the greater Raleigh-Cary MSA.

I’m currently one of the Organizers of the Cary Bible Study Meetup.  It’s a nondenominational interchurch discussion group that meets at Borders in Cary on Monday evenings.
